Pick up

(There is no surcharge or handling cost for orders that are picked up. That's free).

Hours for pick up are:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Saturday 9am - 12pm for pick up, deliveries are made outside these times.
Sunday Closed

Deliveries and pick up can sometimes be organised outside the above hours. Please call ahead.

Conditions of Delivery:

• Someone will be present to sign for goods
• If no one is present at time of delivery, goods will be left at delivery address and customer will be contacted by phone.
• If no one is present at time of delivery then alternate arrangements are to be made by the customer to have goods picked up.
• Once delivered, Karma Cupcakes takes no responsibility for goods left at delivery address.
• It is clear that the delivery driver cannot wait, unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Delivery does not include set up of cake display such as wedding tier.

We deliver to the following areas on the Gold Coast.

If delivery falls outside the following areas, you will need to contact us to negotiate delivery costs.

Delivery is usually made in the morning, unfortunately we can not offer specific delivery times unless prior arrangements have been made.
